Doug was in my apartment last night, buying Anne's furniture. She told me that there would be people looking at the stuff, but I had no idea it would be him, so I wander out of the bathroom in my pyjamas and there he was in the dining room settling that he would pay $303 for this dresser and that can opener and so on. Ick! I would have thought I would be safe from him in my own apartment; Anne apologized and said that she had known Aaron was coming, but that, silly her, she hadn't expected Doug to tag along. Evenings can go better than to find one's castle so summarily invaded.

EEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

I am sorry to hear that he still exists. I was hoping he had been erased from the universe sometime between the last time I saw him (quite a long time ago--yay!) and now. And I get the impression from what you say that you didn't beat him up? That is severely too bad. Anyway, sorry he sullied your house. :(

Also, does Anne have any more furniture to sell? Because I don't really have any for next year, so I am in the market.

Yikes--you just missed the boat. Three different groups came to look at it tonight, and it's about all gone. We might have a dresser still, or a coatrack . . .

I might actually be able to use those! If they are available, let me know. Also, what do you want to do this weekend? Are you free for a dinner or lunch or something? We should try Anna and Esther, too, though the chances of that coming together on short notice are admittedly small!
